FREQUENCY PROJECT ARTIST'S STATEMENT
This project is a visual interpretation of frequency. This project was originally engendered as a result of an artistic challenge for photographer brian wiles. Since a suitably neutral judge could not be found amongst our pack, I have decided to edit in some of mine here.
